Known issues with other add-ons

JEditor

Symptom

There might be an issue when using JEditor with Assets, since they use the same third party library CKEditor.

Workaround

You can use either of these solutions:

• Uninstall or disable JEditor
• Disable the CK Editor module in Assets (this will however impact how the text areas and text editors behave)

Idalko Table Grid Editor

Symptom

Assets custom fields on the Service Desk portal not working.

Workaround

You can use either of these solutions:

• Uninstall or disable the Table Grid app
• Disable the CK Editor module in Assets (this will however impact how the text areas and text editors behave)

UserAvatar

Symptom

Issues screen in JSD gets frozen when viewing tickets.

Workaround

Disable the UserAvatar add-on.

Generic development environment add-ons

Symptom

The referenced custom field configuration page doesn't load properly.

Workaround

Disable the add-on.

Web Fragment finder

Symptom

Assets custom field references (and other functions) break when this add-on is installed and running in Jira.

Workaround

Disable or uninstall the add-on Web Fragment finder.
