Checking the atlassian-bamboo.log in <Bamboo home>/logs we can see a Bitbucket bundled plugin is unable to start:

Solution
- Stop Bamboo
- Delete the <Bamboo home>/shared/plugins/plugin.13014361253526886021.plugin-bamboo-1.32.13.jar file
- Start Bamboo Back
