Summary

Listing remote agents that haven't connected to Bamboo for a long time might be useful in case you would like to remove the agent approval for those remote agents that are no longer connecting to Bamboo.

Environment

Solution

With the below a SQL query you can list all remote agents that haven't connected to Bamboo since certain date:

SELECT
    Q.queue_id,
    Q.title,
    Q.agent_description,
    Q.created_date,
    Q.last_start_time,
    Q.uuid
FROM
    QUEUE Q
WHERE
        Q.agent_type='REMOTE'
        AND Q.last_start_time < '2022-02-11 13:43:46'

(info) The query will provide information about the remote agents that have connected to Bamboo for the last time before the date in the where condition (2022-02-01 13:43:46) you can adjust the date in order to find remote agents that haven't connected since the date in the where condition.
