Storage policy for Git LFS with Bitbucket

Bitbucket Cloud will soon release new pricing plans. Each plan comes with a set amount of Git LFS file storage, but you can buy additional storage. Until the new pricing becomes available we'll give you more storage for free during the trail period.

How much storage do I get until the new Bitbucket pricing model is rolled out?

Below are the storage allocations for the different user tiers available on Bitbucket Cloud offered for free until the new Bitbucket pricing model is rolled out:

Account plan Storage limit
Academic 5 GB
1 – 5 users 10 GB
10 users to unlimited users 110 GB

Navigate to Settings > Git LFS from your account menu in Bitbucket to check your available storage.

Note that there's no limit on the LFS file size you can push to Bitbucket Cloud.

How much will storage for Git LFS cost?

Each plan will include free file storage for all users on your team or account. If you use more, we'll automatically add additional storage as shown in the following table:

Additions Price
100 GB of file storage Your monthly bill goes up $10.
