Automate tasks and alerts in your service desk projects
Automation is now here to better serve your team and your customers. Automation consists of rules that perform actions (e.g. alert agent) based on specific events (e.g. issue is created) and conditions (e.g. issue is high priority). If you find your team stuck completing repetitive tasks such as transitioning issues or missing important request notifications, try using automation rules to complete those tasks or send those alerts automatically:
In your service desk project, you'll find a list of preset automation rules that you can simply save to start using right away, as well as a custom automation rule that can be revised to suit your team's needs.
