Atlassian Cloud for Gmail
Use Atlassian Cloud for Gmail to get the latest information about issues, pull requests and pipelines from your connected Jira Cloud site or Bitbucket Cloud. Even better you can take actions like adding a comment without leaving your inbox.
Installing for an organization?
G Suite administrators might need to enable access to Gmail add-ons for all users. Read more

Connects to Jira or Bitbucket
It's an add-on you install from within Gmail, then connect it to Jira Cloud or Bitbucket Cloud (or both!). The add-on scans for links to Atlassian products (and only for links to Atlassian products) in realtime.
Have a look, or take an action
Once connected, when you receive an email that links to an issue, pull request, or pipeline, you can use the add-on to view the latest information or take action, like commenting, all from inside Gmail.
Really, it just works (no, really!)
The add-on also works with any email that contains links to Jira issues, Bitbucket pull requests, issues or pipelines - whether it's an email from a colleague or an email notification generated by an Atlassian product.
Install it once, use it everywhere
Because Gmail add-ons work the same across web and Android, you only need to install them once to access them on all of your devices. Install it once, and then use it via your web browser or your mobile phone.
But wait, there's more!
Or at least there will be. We're constantly iterating to improve this add-on and plan to release support for using other Atlassian products, and add to the list of things you can do with it. Keep an eye out for updates in the future. Check out the function matrix below for what you can do in each supported Atlassian product.
This table as the official list of what you can do with this add-on. If you don't see it listed here we probably don't support it yet. But this is only the beginning, and you'll want to check back for when we rollout support for even more actions, and interacting with our other products using this add-on. Imagine the possibilities...
|Jira Cloud||View details of an issue|
|Add a comment to an issue|
|Bitbucket Cloud||View details of a pull request|
|Add a comment to a pull request|
|Merge a pull request|
|View a pipeline|
|Run a pipeline|
You may want to keep using the add-on, but perhaps you want to revoke access to another Atlassian product.

The add-on is only supported in the Gmail app for Android, for now. You only need to install it once, and you can use it across all of your devices. Check back for when we roll out support for iOS, soon.
Nope. Installing or using this add-on does not include access to paid products or features if you don't already own a license.
Atlassian Cloud for Gmail only scans for relevant links and ignores the content of everything else in Gmail.
