Manage and edit portal groups and request types faster
ROLLING OUT NEW THIS WEEKYou can now add request types to portal groups directly from the request types page, and see which portal groups and issue types your request types are in at a glance with additional columns. We’ve also added new filters to the request types page so that you can filter your request types by keyword, issue type, or portal group.

NEW THIS WEEKAfter linking code repositories with your Jira project, you can:
- See repositories from third-party providers on the Code page.
- Manage your third-party app integrations through code settings.
To configure your connection flows, select More options (•••) on the Code page of your project. Learn more about the Code in Jira feature.
Collapsed next-gen custom fields in advanced issue search
NEW THIS WEEKWe collapsed next-gen fields in the dropdown selection menus people use to search for issues across Jira. Selecting the right field to filter on isn’t a guessing game anymore. You get more accurate and meaningful search results. We also labelled the fields by their type. To try it out, select Search > Advanced search for issues, and use the +More dropdown to look for your fields.

Advanced Roadmaps for Jira - Planned Capacity
New to Cloud - Plan your sprints and better allocate work using the new Capacity planning tool. Learn more about configuring resolutions.
Replacing the media picker with your system's file upload
ROLLING OUTWe're removing the media picker dialog, which appears when you click the Files and images button in Bitbucket Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Jira Cloud products, and replacing it with your system’s built-in file upload dialog. We’ve observed that very few people use the media picker, with most people preferring to drag and drop or paste files onto pages and issues. You’ve also shared feedback with us that, in some cases, the media picker doesn’t work the way you’d like it to.
Importantly, you can still link to files from services like Dropbox and Google Drive. Paste a link on your page or issue and we’ll create a handy smart link to it so the latest version is always available.

Confluence
Confluence Premium: Bulk archive pages
NEW THIS WEEKFor space admins on the premium plan, keeping your spaces tidy and up to date just got a lot easier with bulk archiving. You can archive up to 500 pages in a single action. Just look for Bulk Archive in your space’s sidebar to access the bulk archiving dashboard. Once in the dashboard, simply check the boxes next to the pages you want to archive and select the Archive button at the top.
A simpler way to create content
ROLLING OUTCreate a new page with just one click. Browse or search for templates right in the editor or get straight to work on a blank page.
Find the right page by seeing more info at a glance
Trying to find a specific page is hard when you remember some things about it but you don’t remember what it’s called. Searching for it might seem challenging. What if you could see the pages in your space differently?
Select Pages in your space sidebar to get a quick, high-level view of the freshest pages in the space with enough info about the pages to help you find the right one — like who created it, when it was updated last, and a snippet of the first few lines on the page. If you don’t see what you need initially, you can do some filtering and sorting to really hone in on the right pages.
Delete pages and blogs with confidence
Since deleting pages and blogs is an important decision, the experience has been updated to help you feel more confident. You’ll get more specific information about what will happen to the children of the page being deleted. A link to our product documentation was added to let you dig deeper into the details of the behavior. If your site provides the ability to archive pages, you’ll be presented with the opportunity to archive instead.
Modernized move page dialog
ROLLING OUTMoving your published pages and blogs is an important decision. To help you feel more confident when doing this, the experience has been simplified and updated. A link to our product documentation was also added to support you in digging deeper into the details of the behavior.
