Manage your profile and password

You can update your account from within any of your Atlassian Cloud applications.

We're in the process of rolling out Atlassian account for Atlassian Cloud. In the future, you’ll be able to use your Atlassian account username and password to log in to any of our Cloud products. Refer to our Introducing Atlassian account page for more details on Atlassian account and the rollout plan.


Manage your profile

To view and edit your personal settings for Atlassian Cloud, choose your profile picture at the right side of the header, then select Profile. To change any of your cross-application information and settings, choose the edit pencil. If you'd like to change your application-specific profile information (for Confluence or Bamboo, for example), choose the Tools menu at the top right of the page.

Change your password

If you'd like to change your password when you're logged in, choose your profile picture at the right side of the header, then select Profile. If you're not logged in, choose the Unable to access your account? link on the login page and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

As an administrator, you can change passwords for your users.

To change another user's password:

  1. Go to 
     >  User management
  2. Select the user by clicking their name
  3. Choose Change password
  4. Enter their new password and choose Change password

For site admin functions, RSS feeds, REST API access, or WebDAV uploads you'll need to have an Atlassian Cloud password (separate to your Google Apps password. If you haven't set an Atlassian Cloud password, go to the login page and choose Unable to access your account? in the Atlassian Cloud login section.
