Attempting To Login With Google Apps Results In "Bad Request Error 400"

Problem
Clicking on the Login via Google button returns "Bad Request Error 400" from Google.
Cause
This is generally the result of old cached information in your browser.
Resolution
Clear all cache and cookies from your browser, and restart your browser.
