Atlassian and Tempo are collaborating to migrate Tempo Planner and Tempo Timesheets to a new cloud technology platform. In order to successfully execute the migration, we will update the Tempo Planner version on your JIRA Cloud instance by 30 April 2017. When we update the Tempo Planner version, it will grant Tempo Planner access to:

• Administer JIRA
• Administer JIRA spaces
• Administer JIRA projects
• Delete JIRA data
• Write data to JIRA
• Read JIRA data

Tempo complies with Atlassian's cloud security program. For more information, see Tempo's Data Security and Privacy statement.

If you do not want to grant Tempo Planner these permissions, we recommend that you unsubscribe and uninstall Tempo Planner at your earliest convenience.

Once you've updated to the latest version, we do not expect any noticeable impact to your JIRA Cloud instance. The migration process will take place during a pre-scheduled maintenance window.
