Users Can Not Log In to Their Instance

Symptoms
Some users are unable to access the instance. After entering their log in credentials, the log in page refreshes, and nothing else happens.
Cause / Resolution
- Check if the users granted the correct Application Access to the instance.
- Check if the users have either JIRA Administrators Global permission or JIRA Users Global Permission, you may check Managing Global Permissions for more information.
Due to a bug, the user will not be shown an error message when trying to log in without having application access. Instead the log in page will refresh.
