Administrators can access a range of Support tools within Confluence. Go to  > General Configuration > Support Tools to check the health of your instance, scan your logs, or send a support zip to our Support team.

For one-on-one help, create a support request at Atlassian Support. A support engineer will follow up with you quickly.
