Objective

Do I need a license to approve a ticket in JIRA Service Desk?

Environment

Server/Cloud

Procedure

You do not need a license to approve a ticket in JIRA Service Desk. Anyone with application permission like admin, agent or customers, can be an approver.

If the approver is a customer it simply needs to be added to the customer list.
