Objective

Is it possible to create dynamics fields in Jira Service Desk, fields based on previous fields or with changing options?

Procedure 


Field options are fixed, determined by what selections you choose when you create the field. The options in a field are not dynamic and you cannot choose to display some fields based on other field's selection (conditional fields).

Additional Information

There an app in our Marketplace that let you hide/show fields in your customer portal based on other field's selection.
