How does the Customer view differ from the Agent view in JIRA Service Desk?

Procedure

While using JIRA Service Desk, the view a customer has is different than that of the agent. For an example of what the Customer sees when they file a new JIRA Service Desk request refer to screenshot below under CUSTOMER VIEW. Additionally, customers have the option of creating and working on requests from their email. For additional details check out our documentation on enabling email requests
