Can you show Jira Service Management issues on a board?




Jira Service Management does not ship with boards functionality. Boards are a feature that comes with Jira Software Cloud/Server and with Jira Core Cloud in the form of Jira Core boards.

If your Jira Service Management Server instance is installed on the same server as a Jira Software instance, or if your Jira Service Management Cloud instance is on the same Cloud site as a Jira Software instance, you could edit the JQL of an existing Jira Software board to include issues from Jira Service Management projects.

Within the new Jira Cloud experience, you can edit the JQL of a board by visiting your board, clicking on the menu (...) > Board settings. 

You can also add an Atlassian Marketplace app called Comala Canvas that adds board functions to Jira Service Management and Jira Core Cloud and Server.
