How to collect issues from non-JIRA users?

Environment

Server/Cloud

Procedure

There are two ways to collect issue submissions from non-users in JIRA.

First is inserting an issue collector form on a web property of your choosing. You can also set up an email address to be an inbound ticket collector. Both of these will allow for anonymous users to send issues, however, the condition is that they won't be able to track the progress of them.

Second, you could also set up an email handler for any given JIRA project. Check out this article to learn more on how to configure issue or comment creation from email. The caveat above applies also for this form of ticket submission.
