Objective

What procedure do Atlassian follow to provide a demo?  Where can I get a demo on Atlassian products?

Environment

Cloud / Server

Procedure

At Atlassian, we embrace a slightly a-typical sales model and we do not staff a dedicated sales or account services team who would normally provide demos.

However, there are options if you want a product demo.

1. In an attempt to meet everyone's needs, we have a pre-recorded demos on all our products, broken it up into sections, and host it online so you and your team can watch it at your leisure. Additional videos are also available at Atlassian YouTube Channel. You can view all our product information on our website.

 OR

2.We also offer a free evaluation of our products - sign up for cloud or you can download our server version (on-prem installation). Evaluation licenses provide you with no limitations on functionality so that you may fully evaluate the product. Refer technical documentation of all products which have guides for Cloud and Sever, that have paths for both new admins and agents.

OR

3.There is a large global network of Atlassian Experts who can provide demos and also help you with several other services like the setup, tailored training, building POCs, configuring our tools to fit your specific requirements and use case, and much more. To find experts to help you with a product demo, go to our Experts Overview page and Click the Search now button.

Note: Expert partners can be searched based on your location and needs.

For any feature/ functionality/ usage questions about specific products or tools, contact Atlassian product advocates who help fill the gaps.
