 How to deactivate/cancel my JIRA Service Desk evaluation/subscription?

Server/Cloud

Procedure

For Cloud:

After completing your trial, if you have not added any payment information, your evaluation will cease and deactivate all on its own. It will remain for a few weeks in case there is a break between your evaluation and starting your subscription, so your data is retained.

If you have set up your payment and want to cancel (sorry to see you go!), follow these steps to cancel your subscription to Atlassian Cloud applications. You can also reach out to our Customer Advocates if you need any assistance canceling your subscription.


For Server:

After completing your trial, if you have not added any payment information, your evaluation will cease and deactivate all on its own. It will remain for a few weeks in case there is a break between your evaluation and starting your subscription, so your data is retained.

OR

Server products work differently than Cloud. Once you purchase a Server license, it belongs to you to use perpetually. You can subscribe to Atlassian's Maintenance Package, which gives you access to Atlassian Support as well as free access to all software updates. This maintenance package is included for 12 months with your initial purchase. After 12 months, it becomes a subscription that typically costs 50% of your initial license fee. To cancel your Atlassian Maintenance subscription, please contact our Customer Advocates, or simply edit your billing information on my.atlassian.com.
