The affected tooltips generated a different message in the tooltip box:

Diagnosis

Check if the Confluence German Language Pack plugin in the Confluence is disabled.

Cause

When the Confluence German Language Pack plugin is disabled, the tooltips for the save button will change. This is a bug tracked in this ticket CONF-33994 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Workaround

1. Enable the Confluence German Language Pack plugin
2. Clear Confluence Plugins Cache
3. Restart Confluence
