Symptoms

Formatted content loses the formatting when pasted into the Confluence editor.

Cause

This can be caused by the Skype Click to Call browser add-on (version 5.1.0.9560) that is installed into your browser when you install Skype. See the below link for further details:

Resolution

Either uninstall or update to a later version of Skype Click to Call to resolve this problem
