In order to disable Share Button from your instance you need to disable Share Page plugin with following steps:

  1. Click on Cog Icon
  2. Select Confluence Admin
  3. In your Conflulence Admin Panel select Manage add-ons
  4. From drop-down menu select System
  5. Search for Share Page
  6. Expand the Share Page
  7. Click on Disable

Share button will only visible if you configured outgoing mail server for your instance. So with disabling this plugin you won't able to share your pages or blog post via email as well.
