To prevent users from creating JIRA issues from Confluence.

Resolution

This feature is provided by the Confluence and Jira Content Connector system plugin. To disable the Create JIRA Issue button that appears when you highlight content in Confluence, disable the module using the following instructions:

1. Go to the Universal Plugin Manager
2. Select System from the dropdown list on the page:

3. Use Cmd+F (Ctrl+F) to find Confluence and Jira Content Connector on the page

4. Disable the plugin
