Only Half of the Wiki Markup Editor Appears Using IE 8
Symptoms
Only half of the Wiki Markup editor appears when using IE 8. Other browsers do not show the same behaviour.
Cause
IE 8 is using 'Compatibility View'.
Resolution
Ensure that 'Compatibility View' is turned off in IE 8. You may need to remove Confluence from the list of sites viewed in Compatibility View, and uncheck the 'Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View' check box.
