Problem

User does not receive notification when making the following actions...

• Create a space and restrict it to a few users
• Integrate the space with a Hip Chat room

Cause

It's an expected behaviour where restricted space/page does not send notification to HipChat room.

Resolution

Remove the space/page restriction.
