'Sort By' option is missing

Problem
The 'sort by' option is missing in all macros. For example, the 'gallery macro' is shown below missing this option.
Cause
An outdated version of the Numbered Headings Macro is installed and Confluence is version 4.x or greater.
Resolution
Upgrade the Numbered Headings Macro to a compatible version.
