Symptoms

Unable to add a JIRA Calendar to Team Calendars for Confluence. Any attempt to do so results in errors such as this:

Unable to load events of saddsa (d9515b76-6568-4404-852d-2dcfe6bdb214): . You may want to check the connection to Your Company JIRA - 2

Diagnosis

Verify the Application Links between Confluence and JIRA is setup correctly, and the Team Calendars for Confluence JIRA Integration Plugin is installed in JIRA as per Section 3 of this guide.

Cause

The JIRA iCalendar Plugin is disabled in JIRA Administration >> Plugins.

Resolution

• Navigate to JIRA Administration >> Plugins and enable the JIRA iCalendar Plugin
