Where is the Data Center installer download links for Confluence 5.9.1 and above

Problem
There is only one file that can be downloaded in our Confluence download page and no explicit links for a Data Center download.
Cause
Starting in Confluence 5.9.1 server, both the standalone and Data Center downloads are bundled into the same file. Once downloaded, the instance will detect if it needs to start up the Data Center version based on your license type. As long as you are using a Data Center license, you will be able to use Confluence Data Center.

Download the Confluence 5.9.x - Standalone file and apply your Data Center license.
