The Workbox and Help icon in the top right corner of Confluence is missing, or might appear as boxes.

Environment

Any Confluence version.

The Google Drive in Confluence app from Appfusion is installed in Confluence.
The issue persist after all the steps mentioned in the KB below.
- The Workbox notifications icon on upper-right is missing or not appearing

Disable or uninstall the Google Drive in Confluence app from the Manage Apps page.
