After upgrading to Crowd 2.11.x, Crowd Log Analyser is not working

Problem
Crowd version 2.11 introduced Support Tools Plugin with log analyser. While scanning logs in the home directory, the progress bar stuck at 0%.
Diagnosis
Environment
- Crowd is hosted in a local network OR Crowd had no access to the internet.
- No error thrown in the logs.
Cause
- Crowd Log Analyser requires internet access to work properly.
Workaround
- Please Configure Web Proxy Support For Crowd.
