When creating a rapidboard in JIRA Agile,  an error occurs after fill out the project of the board:

The user doesn't have the Create Shared Objects in JIRA's Global Permission. This has outline in the latest JIRA Agile documentation. Creating a Board

Resolution

Add the project roles, group or user  into the Create Shared Objects permission in JIRA's Global Permission
