We've deprecated this AppLinks Diagnostics Plugin Guide, and will remove it from this space
in the near future. 
We're doing this because the Diagnostics Plugin has been removed from
the Atlassian Marktplace and is no longer being actively developed.
But wait! We've been working on a whole better diagnostics experience – we've dropped a few hints here.
