Atlassian also has support engineers located across the world(Brazil, Netherlands, India, and Australia) who assist customers using Atlassian Cloud, Server, and Data Center. If a customer has strict restrictions on hiring outside of the US, Atlassian can ensure that only engineers located in the US will work on their support tickets by adding a support note.
