Using the SSH to commit from behind a corporate firewall requires your network administrator to configure your network ports. Every network is very different, so we cannot give you detailed instructions. We can tell you which ports that should be opened for Bitbucket. We use the normal ports for HTTP/S of 80 and 443. We also use port 22 for SSH.
Bitbucket.org currently has four inbound IP addresses and two outbound, they are lited below:

These IP addresses could change at any time. You can monitor our blog for updates. Our DNS entry is the trusted source of information for our current IP.
