Disabling CDN in Cloud
Platform Notice: Cloud Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the cloud platform.
Problem
You are behind a proxy server and SSL inspections reveal aui-cdn.atlassian.com, which points to cloudfront.net servers.
For security reasons, your goal is to bypass all IP's coming from cloudfront.net.
Cause
Atlassian Cloud uses Amazon's CloudFront CDN. The IP address ranges used by CloudFront edge servers can be found here.
Resolution
Support can disable CDN for JIRA and/or Confluence Cloud instances.
Its not possible to disable CDN for UM (User management). If disabling CDN across the entire Cloud instance is an absolute requirement, the only recourse is to migrate to JIRA Data Center.
