Application with id 'null' not found

Problem
The following appears in the Application link page:
Diagnosis
Confluence and JIRA are in the same server.
Cause
The application links are not correctly created.
Resolution
This issue can be solved by adding a context path to Confluence and JIRA URL with the following steps:
- Remove the application link you created before
- Stop Confluence and JIRA
- Add Context path in JIRA
- Add context path in Confluence
- Create Application link using the new URL
