Email is Misaligned in Outlook 2007

Symptoms
On Outlook 2007, daily email updates from Confluence are not formatted properly. Typically, the issue is with the text alignment. The same problem also exists on applications that use Word 2007 HTML and CSS rendering capabilities.
Cause
Outlook 2007 uses Word 2007 HTML and CSS Rendering Capabilities. This means there could be some unsupported HTML elements/attributes and CSS properties.

Resolution
Use alternative mail clients that have web browser rendering capabilities. Otherwise, choose to receive text emails from User Preferences. You can customize the email content by following the Customizing the eMail Templates documentation.
