Symptoms

When following the Simple Blueprint creation tutorial and trying to build the plugin using the FastDev button, the operation appears to hangs with the message:

"Opening port 4330 for socket cli access
Waiting for commands..."

From this point forward, the FastDev button does not function.

Workaround

The only workaround at present is to open another command prompt window and then manually run:

atlas-cli

Within the Atlastutorial directory to obtain the maven prompt, and then run the *pi* command:

maven> pi

This does deploy the blueprint plugin into the Confluence development instance, but this instruction set is not included in the Simple Blueprint Tutorial.

Given this behavior, it does appear that the FastDev button is either not working correctly in Windows, or there is a missing set of instructions within the tutorial for users to successfully build the Simple Blueprint in Confluence.
