How to Disable Global Fixed Header in Confluence 5.9 and Above

Summary
As of Confluence 5.9 Global header (top menu bar) is implemented to be fixed to the web browser window by default once a page is scrolled down as per mentioned in the improvement request ticket - CONF-40978.
However, the user might want to disable this feature in their Confluence instance.
Resolution
To hide the Global header, you'd then need to disable the Confluence Fixed Headers System plugin which is responsible for this functionality.
To do so, you may do the following:
- Navigate to Confluence Administration page >> Manage add-ons.
- Select System from the drop-down list.
- Look for Confluence Fixed Headers, then expand and disabled it by clicking the Disable button.
