JIRA Links button missing

Problem
The JIRA links button is missing from a Confluence page that is linked to a JIRA issue.
Diagnosis
Diagnostic Steps
- Check if you are using the documentation in the Global and Space theme. If yes, please proceed to Cause 1
- If you are using Confluence 5.4.x or below, please proceed to Cause 2
Cause
- The documentation theme does not support the JIRA links feature as mentioned in the documentation The Documentation Theme .
- A known bug in Confluence 5.4.x and below CONF-32523 - Getting issue details... STATUS
Resolution
- If the documentation theme is being used, change the Space and Global Theme to default Look and feel.
- If you are using Confluence 5.4.x or below, u pgrade to Confluence 5.5 or above.
