NullPointerException exporting a page or space to PDF due to Tracking-Table Macro

Problem

Export of a page or space fails. The following error appears in the logs:

	at org.apache.fop.layoutmgr.BlockLayoutManager.addAreas(BlockLayoutManager.java:393)
	at org.apache.fop.layoutmgr.BlockLayoutManager.addAreas(BlockLayoutManager.java:393)

Cause

Using the {tracking-table} macro in a page renders the page but breaks the PDF export process.

Resolution

Thie tracking-table plugin is an unsupported plugin. Disable the plugin or check the JIRA issues.
