URL Containing Pipe is Truncated

Symptoms
URL is truncated.
Cause
When including URLs to pages, the | character is read as a delimiter instead of part of the URL.
Resolution
If feasible, use the \ character to escape them or simply replace the pipes with %7C. Where this isn't feasible due to having too many URLs involved, the html macro can be used.
