Problem

Cannot log into Crowd due to having too many users.

Resolution

Generate an evaluation license at https://my.atlassian.com and apply it. After reducing the number of users, reapply your Production license.

(info) To generate the new license the Crowd ServerID is required. Its value can be found in crowd.cfg.xml:

<property name="crowd.server.id">XXXX-YYYY-WWWW-ZZZZ</property>
