Symptoms

Integrate Fisheye and Crowd 2.1 with SSO. Synchronizing users with Crowd will have the following error in the fisheye-debug-<date>.log:

Cause

This is a bug in Crowd 2.1  CWD-2152 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Resolution

Upgrade Crowd to version 2.1.1 or later
