In Fisheye per-author Lines of Code not enabled even with Store Diff Info enabled

Problem
Even with Store Diff Info enabled, Fisheye shows the following error, and the per-author lines of code feature is not enabled and not calculated:

The Fisheye license was only recently added to a Crucible-only environment. The repositories in question still have the Crucible-only indexing features.
Resolution
A full re-index of the repository in question is required.
- Stop the repository.
- Delete the
<FISHEYE_INST>/var/cache/<repo_name>folder from disk. - Start the repository.
