  1. I'm just curious... what is the word 'greenhopper' supposed to mean?  Something to do with nimble grasshoppers?

    Hi

Could you please let me know how can I download Greenhoper?

    Thanks

    Viswa

    1. GreenHopper is a JIRA plugin, available from the Atlassian Plugin Exchange. Please see the GreenHopper Installation and Upgrade Guide for details.

Is it possible to install the GreenHopper plugin to a Jira on demand environment?  This is not clear and the installation instructions do not match the environment as I see it.  Specifically, there is no 'install' option in the admin / plugins page...Please advise as I would like to eval this technology.

    Thanks

    Aaron

    1. Hi Aaron,

You are correct, the GreenHopper Installation and Upgrade Guide does not apply to GreenHopper OnDemand (please see the Add-ons in OnDemand re Hosted Commercial Plugins). Can you please go to my.atlassian.com and add GreenHopper to your OnDemand account? (It will give you 30 days free eval)

      Thank you,
      Rosie

    Hello,

I have stories included in my Sprint when using the Scrum Board but the time estimates on the story's sub-tasks are not being included the total estimate, why?  How do I make this happen?

    Thanks,

    Brittany

    1. Hi Brittany,

Have you got Time Tracking turned on for your board? Instructions can be found on Configuring Estimation and Tracking.

      Thanks,
      Nicholas Muldoon

    OK, nice page

  6. Hi Greenhopper Team,

I'm migrating  from Pivotal Tracker to GH and unable to view the sprints (current and past) data after migration.

Can you guide me through please?
