Loved JIRA?

Like what you saw during the evaluation? Awesome! You don't have to do anything to keep using JIRA. You will automatically be charged after your 30 days are up.

However, if you want to change the number of users on your license or evaluate other products, then head on over to my.atlassian.com to make those changes.

Want to move behind your firewall?

If you decide to switch to JIRA Download, you can have your data from this trial exported and sent to you as an xml backup. In order to do this, you will need to file a support ticket. To file a support ticket, go to https://support.atlassian.com/secure/CreateIssue.jspa (You may need to create an account. Please select 'Enterprise Hosting' as your project).

To purchase JIRA on-premises, go to our website and complete the purchase form.

Need More Time?

You can download JIRA and start another 30 day trial, which can be extended up to 90 days if you ask us. See above for info on how to migrate your information to the downloaded instance.

Weren't Impressed?
