Create a search filter that finds all issues that meet a certain criteria. Use the Issue Navigator to search for issues. Once you've set up a search that you like (for example, all issues that have a status of overdue), you can save the filter, add it to your dashboard, and also subscribe to the filter to have it emailed to you at certain times/intervals.
