We've just added FogBugz support to our new Importer Plugin!

We support importing from Fogbugz versions 7.3.6 to 8.2.27, this is either hosted or installed too! Earlier 7.x versions have not been tested but should work, 6.x versions will not.

This 1.7 release of the new Importer Plugin also provides further improvements including:

• Importing tags.
• Improved mapping between Priorities, Issue Types and Resolutions.
• Importing parent/sub-case relationships as JIRA Issue Links.
• Improved error handling (errors are now shown in the importer log which displayed in the web interface).
• Super stream lined CSV interface so you do less reading and you import your data faster.

To use the new importer you will need to have JIRA 4.2 or above. Download the latest JIRA release.

You can read the full 1.7 release notes online. If you are already on JIRA 4.2 or above here is the direct link to download the plugin. Just place the Jar file into your JIRA home directory under the 'Installed Plugins' folder.

JIRA 4.2 customers can also download and install the latest release via the UPM - just search for 'importers'. All feedback can be placed at the Plugin Home.
