We've just released the JIRA Importers Plugin 2.5 and we bring you these goodies:

• Add subtasks via CSV (JRA-6323 - 6 years old and 66 votes!)
• Pivotal Tracker is released and out of beta with the following new features:
  • Ranking
  • Full iteration names
  • User Roles
  • Time Tracking
  • Workflow improvements
• Improvements to our Trac importer (beta):
  • Milestones custom field
  • Custom fields
  • Wiki-markup

Of course we still support:

• Bugzilla from 2.20 to 3.6.4
• FogBugz from 7.3.6 to 8.2.27
• Mantis from 1.1.8 to 1.2.4

To use the new importer you will need to have JIRA 4.3 or above. Download the latest JIRA release and install the latest importer plugin via the UPM - just search for 'importers'.
